According to Sten Pärnits, Chairman of the Board of Mainor Ülemiste, these awards bring great pleasure to the entire team, who daily help to implement the vision of creating a unique private city campus in the world. “Mainor Ülemiste’s success is based on a long-term development principle that focuses on lasting customer relationships, creating a unified physical and mental whole and consistent work on developing innovative urban space. Ülemiste City’s goal is to create an environment where companies feel safe, where they can succeed and realize their future ideas – these results confirm that we are on the right track,” said Pärnits.

There are 98 companies in the TOP of real estate companies compiled by Äripäev. The TOP of Real Estate Companies, compiled based on data from Äripäev Infobank, ranked companies based on six indicators: sales revenue in 2024 and its growth compared to 2023, pre-tax profit in 2024 and its growth compared to 2023, profitability in 2024 and added value per employee in 2024.

Mainor Ülemiste’s profit before tax in 2024 was 52.38 million and sales revenue was 52.45. Both indicators are much higher than the company in second place in the ranking, whose profit was 31.62 million and sales revenue was 16.11 million.

In the competitiveness ranking of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mainor Ülemiste AS took 2nd place in the real estate companies ranking and 2nd place in the service companies ranking.

The competitiveness ranking is compiled on the initiative of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the economic results of companies are evaluated in order to identify the most competitive players in the Estonian business landscape. The Estonian Economic Research Institute, in cooperation with the Lausanne Institute for Management Development, assists in the preparation of technical calculations and rankings.

Based on the economic indicators of companies over the past two years, rankings were compiled in three main areas: industry, trade and service, as well as in various sub-areas.
