We brought health services even closer to Ülemiste City talents

,   2 minute reading

One of the most important focus areas of Ülemiste City is health, which we develop continuously and rely on the 3×3 Health Model developed in cooperation with the University of Tartu, which means supporting mental, physical and social health from the perspective of the company, campus and talent itself. Following the model, we contribute to health promotion, improve health services, build health-supporting attractions on campus and create a human-friendly, green and pleasant environment.

Ülemiste City service providers, HR managers and health enthusiasts gathered to reflect on what steps the company can take to support all aspects of talent health. Together, several exciting and useful ventures were launched.

In cooperation with If Insurance, we presented the health insurance, which is increasingly becoming part of the employee’s motivation package and a significant added value without fringe benefit tax (up to €400) is an excellent opportunity for employers to promote the health of their employees.

However, the use of If health insurance is particularly convenient for the Ülemiste City community – the campus top-level health service providers are compactly located only a short walk away, and not have to submit invoices yourself, but the service provider does it directly, making the whole process even more convenient for the health insurance user. Check out the service here and be sure to ask for a personal offer based on your company’s needs.

Campus service providers shared practical health tips for the autumn season that has just started: Meliva Eesti, MyFitness, Activate, SYNLAB Eesti and Reio Vilipuu Rehabilitation Clinic, which will soon begin working on campus. The Ülemiste City health model, which integrates mental, physical, and social aspects of talent health, was introduced by the University of Tartu, which contributed to the creation of the model.

However, to bring the practical benefits even closer to the talents, Ülemiste City introduced a community B2B platform, on which you can find discounts and other attractive offers that will be extended to all companies operating on the campus. An important share is in the health field, but not only – you can find offers from various service providers. Check out the offers and find something for yourself or make your offer to the community here.

The summer Bike2Work challenge ended on a high note with the grand prize of an Ampler bicycle, won by Laur Vatsfeld from Innopolis Insenerid AS. This year’s most active participants were Riigi IT Keskus, Skeleton Technologies, Eurora Solutions, Nordecon Betoon and Nordea Bank Abp Eesti Filiaal. Good job!
