Starting from October 1, 2023, the parking arrangement will change in the indoor and outdoor parking lots of Mainor Ülemiste AS and Öpiku Majad OÜ: in the underground car park of Alma Tomingas building and Öpik building, in the F parking lot and in the E and D outdoor parking lots (also in all P2 areas).

• EuroPark will be the new operator of the parking lots from October 1, therefore, the administrative environment for parking permits will also change. From  October, instead of several different environments, all parking permits can be managed in the EuroPark management program Partner.
• In order to ensure smoother traffic, the barriers in the Sepise 8 parking garage will be removed.
• To park in indoor and outdoor parking lots, the vehicle must have a valid parking permit. During non-working hours, you can open the doors of the parking house with an access card.

For your information:

• 1 hour of free parking in the parking house and 2 hours in outdoor parking lots is still valid.
• If you do not have a parking permit, please follow the parking signs for further information.
