Connection works for the district heating and district cooling systems at Lõõtsa 8A in Ülemiste City will begin soon. The works will connect the building to the district heating and cooling networks, ensuring an energy-efficient and sustainable solution.

Preparatory works will start on 15 March 2026. Excavation works will begin on 1 April 2026, followed by installation works starting on 7 April 2026. The works are scheduled to be completed by 1 May 2026.

During the construction period, temporary changes to pedestrian routes will be in place, and pedestrians will be redirected for safety reasons.
