Starting 9 February 2026, the area marked on the photograph of B Parking lot will be closed due to construction works for Viktor Masing Building. Pedestrian access will remain open around the entire perimeter; however, the road behind Selver will become a dead end and it will no longer be possible to drive through the parking lot to Suur-Sõjamäe street.

The new office building is named after Viktor Masing, a renowned Estonian botanist and ecologist. The uniquely designed 13-storey building consists of two towers connected up to the ninth floor. The total office area will reach up to 20,000 square metres, and the building will become a significant new landmark in the Ülemiste City campus. The planned completion date of the construction works is 31 December 2027.
