Starting from 1 June 2026, all public electric vehicle chargers in Ülemiste City will be operated by eTerminal. The charging price will remain the same at €0.32/kWh, but a new and more user-friendly time-based tariff will be introduced. From the 360th minute (6 hours), a fee of €0.05/min will apply. No time-based fee will apply between 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM, allowing users to leave their cars charging overnight without concern. 

At eTerminal chargers in Ülemiste City, payments can conveniently be made via the Cloudics mobile app, Terminal RFID payment card, or online payment solution. The Cloudics app can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store, while RFID cards can be requested through Terminal’s self-service portal for both private and business users. 

Registered regular customers will receive an immediate discount of 2–3 cents/kWh. Additional discounts are available for users who bring their home electricity to Terminal by choosing from the most competitive market offers, or by selecting a suitable energy package – Nupukas or Pro.
