This week, Mainor Ülemiste ceremoniously opened Öpik house, which is Estonia’s largest office building of 45 000 square metres, in Ülemiste City.

According to Margus Nõlvak, Chairman of the Management Board of Mainor Ülemiste that is developing Ülemiste City, the twin towers represent the newest jewel in Ülemiste City. ‘We really put our hearts into this building – we built such a dream house, where we would also like to live ourselves,’ Nõlvak explained.

He confirmed that the demand for the modern building is high and 98% of the house is already covered by lease agreements. ‘We will probably have to move out of Öpik house soon to make room for our customers,’ Nõlvak joked.

The second tower of the newly opened Öpik house already accommodates 2,000 people from more than 100 companies. Among others, Cleveron, Skeleton Technologies, ABB, AGA, and Nordea Support Centre started operating in the building. In the gallery between the two office towers, the renewed e-Estonia Showroom and the International House will soon open their doors.
