Ülemiste City Community Building Brings Together Health and Sport Enthusiasts
The Ülemiste City 3×3 Health Model is like the beating heart of the campus, as the good social, physical and mental health of talents is the basis of great ideas, successes and development. However, as you know, taking care of one’s health is a continuous process, and improving habits must start within yourself. As a community and developers of the campus, we want to contribute to healthy changes.
To ensure the community has a space for joint or individual training sessions, we are opening the community building sports and gymnastics hall in early 2025. It will be available for rent for training sessions or competitions. If there is sufficient interest, basketball and volleyball group training will also be introduced for the Ülemiste City community.
Sports hall
- Area: 459 m² (27 x 17 m), height: 7 m
- Dividable: The hall can be split into two sections with a partition curtain.
- Flooring: Pro Star Sleeper flooring made from European birch wood.
- Markings & equipment: Equipped for basketball, volleyball, and badminton (4 courts).
- Additional features: Sound system and scoreboard available.
- Changing rooms: Two changing rooms with sauna access.
- Rest room: The possibility of using a rest room with a kitchen
Prices:
- Mon–Fri (16:00–19:00): €80/hour + VAT
- Mon–Fri (19:00–22:00), Sat, Sun: €60/hour + VAT
Gymnastics hall
- Area: 97 m² (6.4 x 15.1 m), height: 3.9 m
- Flooring: Pro Star Sleeper flooring made from European birch wood.
- Equipment: Tools available for general strength and conditioning exercises.
- Sound system: The gymnastics hall is equipped with a sound system
- Changing rooms: Two changing rooms with sauna access.
- Rest room: The possibility of using a rest room with a kitchen
Prices:
- Mon–Fri (16:00–19:00): €30/hour + VAT
- Mon–Fri (19:00–22:00), Sat, Sun: €20/hour + VAT
Additional services for sports and gymnastics hall:
- Use of an extra changing room: €10/session + VAT
- Sauna use: €20/session + VAT
- Scoreboard use: €20/hour + VAT
- Sound system use: €20/hour + VAT
