Starting 8 February 2026, the marked area of B Parking Lot will be closed due to construction works for Viktor Masing House. Pedestrian access will remain open around the entire perimeter; however, the road behind Selver will become a dead end and it will no longer be possible to drive through the parking lot to Suur-Sõjamäe street.

You can still park your car in all EP90 parking zones, including the remaining section of the B parking area near the future Masingu building, as well as in the D parking area. You can also find several parking garages across the campus. An overview of all parking options across the campus is available here. With the arrival of warmer weather, additional accessible parking spaces will be marked in the area.

The new office building is named after Viktor Masing, a renowned Estonian botanist and ecologist. The uniquely designed 13-storey building consists of two towers connected up to the ninth floor. The total office area will reach up to 20,000 square metres and the building will become a significant new landmark in the Ülemiste City campus. The planned completion date of the construction works is 31 December 2027.
