The Ülemiste City Educational Credit is a unique platform that connects companies with universities in Estonia and abroad, offering diverse learning and professional development opportunities to the city’s 18,000 talents. 

Our goal is to promote lifelong learning and support innovation that helps companies develop their employees’ skills and knowledge. Through the Educational Credit platform, Ülemiste City companies can access both free and paid courses and training offered by our partner universities. The selection includes online courses, video lectures, and in-person training formats. 

All companies operating in Ülemiste City are eligible to join the Educational Credit programme. Once joined, the company’s account provides an overview of the allocated credit hours and the credit code required to register for free or discounted courses. All employees of a participating company can take part in free courses, with the allocation of free spots decided by each company individually. Ask your company’s representative for the credit code to secure a spot in an Educational Credit course and enhance your skills free of charge or at a reduced rate. 

If your company is not yet based in Ülemiste City, you can still register for and attend any of the available courses. However, free courses become available only once you move your company to the largest and fastest-growing business campus in the Baltics – Ülemiste City, where knowledge, growth, and innovation are always within reach.
