Every spring Ülemiste City organises job shadowing days for companies on the campus, the objective of which is to bring together students from Estonia and abroad and the companies on the campus to fill in internship, summer job, workbit and permanent job positions. During the job shadowing day, students can get acquainted with the working environment in companies and different tools and techniques that they might be in for in their internship, summer job, workbit or permanent job.

In the previous years, students of TalTech and Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences have visited Ericsson, Ramirent, Tallinn Airport, Fortum, If & Insurance, Nortal, Topia, Helmes, Codeborne, Playtech Estonia, Zone Media, Tele2, HR Factory and ABB.
