The goal of the Ülemiste City Job Shadowing Day is to bring students from Estonian higher education institutions together with companies on the campus to fill internships, summer jobs, job openings and permanent jobs. During the job shadowing day, students get to know the working environment in companies, various work tools and techniques that could await them in the case of internships, summer jobs, job opportunities or permanent employment.

📍 At Talendiportaal there are offers from Fujitsu, Cariad, Nordea Bank, International School of Tallinn, Mainor Ülemiste, Mainor, Ericsson, HR Factory, Sweep Agency, CH Konsultatsioonid, Ülemiste Centre, Estonian Business and Innovation Agency.

📍Make sure to also register to Ülemiste City introduction in the same morning, 7th of March 9.30.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Three simple steps to new opportunities!

1️⃣ Go to the Ülemiste City Talent portal (https://talendiportaal.ee/) and create an account and make it active. NB! The school email must be used for registration.
2️⃣ Then register yourself for the Ülemiste City Job Shadow Day in the Talent portal.
3️⃣ Choose the company you want to visit and register there as well.

MARCH 7 PROGRAM:
👉 9.30–10.00 morning coffee and sandwiches
👉 10.00–10.45 Ülemiste City introduction
👉 10.45–11.00 Students move to Ülemiste City companies by group
👉 11.00 students arrive at the company
👉 11.00–14.00 students can take part in company introductions and internship opportunities.
NB! Within this time frame, students can also go to lunch on campus independently,.
👉 14.00-15.00 We will meet in the Öpik conference center in the Supernova room, where a small panel discussion. We all can share impressions together and summarize the day.
