EUAS Public Lecture “Transformational leadership”

Next week’s Special Guest Stephen Hacker is renowned in the field of transformational change and leadership.
He believes this is a critical area of focus for leaders today – in business, in government, and in the community – because of accelerating change in our environments and the challenge of successfully adapting to it so people and organizations can thrive. His inclusive approach to leadership development addresses the interdependent roles of individuals, teams, and organizations as a whole. Through training, consulting and coaching, and speaking and writing, Stephen guides people through the journey of understanding leadership, developing trust, and achieving breakthrough transformation.

Stephen is a dynamic speaker who brings the intensity and passion he feels for his topics to each occasion. His varied background with Fortune 500 companies and start ups; academia; local, state, federal and foreign governments; and as a volunteer in his community gives him broad perspectives about organizational structures and cultures. As a result, he has the unique ability to relate to many different types of groups, and to talk relevantly and meaningfully about engaging in change.

The lecture will be held in English at Estonian Entrepreneurship of Applied Sciences, Suur-Sõjamäe 10a, room 227 (second floor).

Entrance is FREE of charge and everyone’s welcome!
