    About the building

The 10 storey Lõõtsa 8 office building is named after Ustus Agur, the Grand Old Man of Estonian computers and informatics. The architect of the building completed in 2008 is Eero Endjärv and the interior decorator is Kristi Lents-Esnar.

The architectural design of the building is made eye-catching by a line of red dots, ribbon windows and red panels that make it look like a sci-fi computer world. In the middle of the office building, there are elevator shafts, and the offices are bunching together around a stem so that all offices get the same kind of views and light. Agur Building has been awarded the LEED Gold certificate.

In the beginning of 2021, Technopolis HUB was opened on the first storey of the building which is a growth office for new businesses.
