Palm Building

Lõõtsa 1A

Lõõtsa 1A office building on the corner of Suur-Sõjamäe and Lõõtsa street bearing the name of Viktor Palm, the academic and chemist of Estonian Academy of Sciences, is an important landmark to all people entering Ülemiste City campus from the city centre.

The architectural desing of the building was created by KOKO architects. The 12 storey office building with an outstanding facade is added accent by large glass surfaces moving up in a spiral on the outside. The heart of the building is set up by a high first storey with a lobby, reception and catering area. On the south side of the bilding, there is an urban town square with flags and sitting areas, where different events of Ülemiste City community take place.

The building has been issued a weighted energy efficiency class of “B”. The energy supply of the building operates on sertified green energy. The building has been awarded the LEED Platinum certificate indicating that it was constructed based on taking resbonsibility and using designs that economize future resources.
