About the building
The office building made of two 10 storey towers and named after Ludvig Puusepp, the founder of Estonian neurosurgery, is located on the corner of Suur-Sõjamäe and Lõõtsa street at Lõõtsa 2A/2B.
Built in 2007, the twin towers made of enormous glass surfaces are well-lighted and spacious. There is a wonderful view of Tallinn seen from the top storey of both of the towers. Between the spacious views, the office spaces have different design solutions in the building starting from well-lighted open offices to comfortable office systems.
The two buildings are joined into an integral whole by a courtyard that next to a modern glass facade has a warm and homey feeling and ensures a pleasant transition from the outdoors to indoors. On weekdays, reception assistances are greeting people in the spacious lobbies of the twin towers. Puusepp Building A has been awarded the LEED Gold certificate.
