About the building
Sepapaja 6 is a beautiful 2-storey limestone building that has been listed in the National Registry of Cultural Monuments as an immovable monument. The estimated date of construction of the building is 1899. It was the central chemistry laboratory from the former Dvigatel times where on the second floor there was a doctor’s reception office.
In 2006, the building was reconstructed into an office building and bears the name of Artur Lind, the founder of Estonian molecular biology and an academic. In Lind Building, the main tenant is Fontes, a talent consulting agency.
