Named after Ernst Öpik, one of the founders of the Estonian school of astronomy, the 13-storey landmark office building offers panoramic views of the airport, Lake Ülemiste and Tallinn’s Old Town. Ernst Julius Öpik was one of the pioneers of Estonian astronomy and among the most distinguished astrophysicists of his generation.
