Ülemiste City and KONE invite you to a morning seminar exploring how sustainability goals can be turned into practical solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently and create long-term value.
The event will be held in English.
The morning will begin with a presentation by Matti Unelius (KONE), exploring how people flow data can be used in property development and building management. A better understanding of movement patterns can help use space more efficiently, improve the user experience of buildings and support the optimisation of energy use.
We will then discuss how to turn sustainability goals into efficiency goals – and how these can contribute to business competitiveness.
The morning will be concluded by Anu Ruul, a sustainability and innovation strategist, consultant and trainer. She will explore how to connect sustainability with innovation and business objectives and how to find solutions that create value.
After the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to join a tour of Ülemiste City.
