Are you an experienced leader who wants to develop your ability to support other leaders, apply a coaching-based leadership approach more effectively and gain new perspectives on your own leadership practice?
The English-language Fontes Leadership Mentoring Programme is designed for executive leaders, board members and experienced functional leaders. During the programme, you will learn coaching-based mentoring methods, engage in practical collaboration with a leader from another organisation, and reflect on your own development as a leader and mentor. It is also a valuable opportunity to expand your professional network in Estonia.
The programme includes:
◆ mentor profile assessment and setting personal development goals
◆ practical workshops and mentoring practice
◆ individual supervision and a co-vision group
◆ learning with a development partner
◆ exchanging experiences with other executive leaders in Estonia
The programme runs from 6 November 2026 to 10 March 2027 at the Fontes office in Ülemiste City. The programme is delivered in English.
Leaders from Ülemiste City companies receive a 10% discount until 20 October.
The regular price is €3,200 + VAT, and the discounted price is €2,880 + VAT. Payment in instalments is available.
