MyFitness Ülemiste is once again bringing joy to fitness lovers with two special training sessions this year. Grab a colleague and join us – whether it’s for a midday energy boost or a powerful end-of-day finish!
MYFITNESS SPECIAL WORKOUTS:
- Thu, May 8 at 16:00 – Stretch & Tone / Health House 1 terrace
- Tue, May 13 at 13:00 – Stretch & Tone / Health House 1 terrace
In case of bad weather or rain, the workout will take place indoors at MyFitness Ülemiste City sports club. Participants will be notified by email in advance.
Let’s meet in front of the Öpik buildings by the Ülo Pärnits statue 5–10 minutes before the session to head to training together.
If the session is moved indoors, we’ll meet directly at the MyFitness facilities.
After the workout, you’ll have access to showers either at MyFitness or in the underground facilities of the buildings (with the appropriate access).
Stretch & Tone
This class focuses on stretching and muscle toning, drawing inspiration from yoga and pilates. The main goals are to train deep muscles, improve joint mobility, and increase flexibility. The session includes a light warm-up, a main part with exercises, and a relaxing cooldown.
The class is conducted on a mat.
