May is Health Month at Ülemiste City!

MyFitness Ülemiste is once again bringing joy to fitness enthusiasts with two special workouts this year. Grab a colleague and join in — whether it’s a quick energy boost in the middle of the workday or a powerful end-of-day sweat session.

MYFITNESS SPECIAL WORKOUTS:

  • Tue, May 6 at 13:00 – Total Body HIIT / Lurich rooftop terrace
  • Wed, May 7 at 16:00 – Total Body HIIT / Lurich rooftop terrace
  • Wed, May 14 at 13:00 – Total Body HIIT / Lurich rooftop terrace
  • Thu, May 15 at 16:00 – Total Body HIIT / Lurich rooftop terrace

In case of bad weather or rain, the workout will take place indoors at MyFitness Ülemiste City. Registered participants will be notified by email in advance.

Let’s meet in front of the Öpik buildings by the Ülo Pärnits statue 5–10 minutes before the session to head to the training spot together. 

If the training moves indoors due to weather, we’ll meet directly at the MyFitness facilities — and registered participants will be informed accordingly.

After the workout, you can freshen up either at MyFitness or in the underground shower rooms in the buildings (with appropriate access).

Total Body HIIT 

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training — a form of workout that combines intervals of high and low heart rate activity in one session. Intense exercises alternate with lighter ones throughout the workout. The biggest benefits of interval training are its effectiveness, increased oxygen capacity, and the afterburn effect — meaning your body keeps burning fat even after the workout ends.
