Ülemiste City aims to be a sustainable, people-friendly, and movement-supportive urban campus.
At this Vision Breakfast, you’ll hear how sustainable urban space adds value to a business district and how to shape an environment that considers the needs of all types of commuters.
The Future City vision panel will feature:
- Rauno Mätas, Member of the Management Board, Mainor Ülemiste
- Vladimir Svet, former Deputy Mayor of Tallinn and former Minister of Transport
- Artur Gornischeff, leader of cycling-friendly initiatives at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board
- Indrek Gailan, Head of the Tallinn Transport Department
For several years now, Ülemiste City has been nudging its community toward more sustainable and healthy choices through challenges like Bike2Work and Walk&Talk, encouraging individuals and companies to cycle to work and hold walking meetings. At the end of the event, we will announce the winners of this year’s challenges.
The grand prize for the Bike2Work challenge – a TREK e-bike – is provided by Sportland.
