Ülemiste City Padel Tournament May 27–28
Ülemiste City has two great locations for playing padel. In collaboration with community members NOBE and Padel Company, we’re organizing a fun and friendly tournament. Whether it’s your first time holding a racket or you’re already an experienced player, there’s a spot for everyone in this tournament.
Come enjoy a sporty and entertaining event, and discover how fun and engaging padel can be!
The tournament takes place on May 27–28, and we’re inviting two-person teams to register. Teams can be from the same company, but you can also team up with a friend from another Ülemiste City company. The participation fee for the event is €50 + VAT per team.
Each player must bring their own racket.
May 27 – Group Stage Matches:
Matches will be held on NOBE or Padel Company courts during:
9:30–11:30 and 12:15–14:15
Games will be scored by total games won, and rankings within the group will be calculated accordingly.
Match time: 15 minutes
All group matches are played consecutively, so no one has to wait around all day for their next game.
Each pair will play 3 matches during the group stage. The top 2 teams from each group will move on to the quarterfinals.
May 28 – Final Series Matches
Start time: 10:00
The 8 teams advancing from 4 groups will be randomly matched in the quarterfinals, where each group’s top team plays a second-place team from another group.
Quarterfinals, semifinals, and the 3rd-place match will be played as a pro set to 8 games (at 8–8 a tie-break to 7 points will be played).
Exact match times for quarterfinalists will be announced after group stage results.
Final format: Best of 3 sets.
Two regular sets (tie-break to 7 at 6–6)
If needed, a super tie-break to 10 points as the third set
If both pairs agree, the third set can be played as a full set instead of a super tie-break
Golden Point Rule: At 40–40, a deciding (golden) point is played. The receiving team chooses who returns the serve. This applies to both group and final matches.
Matches will be hosted by Jaanus Kase and Hans Robert Herman from NOBE.
In case of rain, all matches will take place indoors at Padel Company (Sepapaja 10).
