Grab a colleague and give your workday an energizing boost with a group workout. BodyPump30 + MyFit Abs will take place on 22 April at 12:00 at MyFitness Ülemiste. The trainer is Merje Kask.

A powerful combo workout

BodyPump, part of the Les Mills concept classes, is a muscular endurance workout where exercises (squats, lunges, deadlifts, push‑ups) are performed using a barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, and a step bench. All major muscle groups are engaged during the class.

MyFit Abs is a training concept created by MyFitness trainers with a focus on core muscles. The workout lasts 30 minutes, during which the entire mid‑section is effectively trained, forming a strong 360‑degree “corset”. Strong core muscles help ensure proper technique in other workouts, support good posture, and keep the back free from tension.

The event will be documented by a photographer, videographer, or a representative managing Ülemiste City’s social media. Ülemiste City reserves the right to use the photo and video material on the campus official channels.
