First exhibition of the artist Prylum

On August 28 at 5:00 p.m., the first exhibition of artist Prylum will open in the lobby of Alma Tomingas House.

Prylum, who is part of the Ülemiste City community, never thought she would become an artist.
Professionally, she has had to make sure that things look right and pleasing – in print, on screen, in a campaign. But then people started to hint more and more that she could show her work. At first, as a joke. Then a little more seriously. Now these works are on
the wall.

Although she has not studied art, she has learned over time to express what wants to come to her, but which is difficult to put into words.

She does not sketch much or fill her notebooks with dashes. When an idea comes, it comes clearly – and she wants to give it form, frame and space.

The works exhibited at Prylum’s opening exhibition are made in mixed media, combining drawing, painting and the mood of the moment. For her, the work is intuitive and born from the need to express her thoughts, feelings, and observations.

The exhibition will be open from August 28th until the end of November.
