The artwork belongs to the Ülemiste views series by Armenian artist Natalya Mirsoyan. The artist made several drawings, but because only three fit into the Öpik quarter, we found a place for this painting behind R-kiosk. The painting depicts talents on nearby Viktor Square. As a nice additional detail, the artist also painted her characteristic bird-like flying airplanes on the adjacent electrical cabinet.
