We invite companies in Ülemiste City to take part in Job Shadowing Week, taking place on 27–30 April. You can invite as many students as you wish and for as many days as suits your company.

Participation is simple:

• Choose a day between 27–30 April that suits you to host a student.
• Define the student profile – what field or level of studies you are looking for (e.g. marketing, IT, HR, finance, production, etc.).
• Let us know you would like to participate. Register on the event page by 29 March or contact Mainor’s Talent Manager Ljudmila Pihel: ljudmila.pihel@mainor.ee
• Select your job shadow. We will help find candidates through the Talent Portal and, if needed, review the suitability together.

To participate in Job Shadowing Week as a company, please complete the registration form by 29 March.

The event will be documented by a photographer, videographer, or a representative managing Ülemiste City’s social media. Ülemiste City reserves the right to use the photo and video material on the campus official channels.
