Winter doesn’t have to mean hibernation. In March, we invite companies and employees of Ülemiste City to take part in a fun and motivating step challenge that helps you stay active even during the dark and cold season.

Inter-company Step Challenge

• Participate in teams of 5
• Collect steps via the Activate app
• Compete in a friendly way with other Ülemiste City companies

The goal is not to be an athlete, but to move consistently and together. Every step counts!

When? 1–31 March

How to participate?

• Form a 5-member team from your company
• Register your team and its members
• Join the challenge in the Activate Health app using the team code received upon registration
• Collect steps in your daily life – on your way to work, to lunch, to meetings, or after work
• Follow the leaderboard and compete with other teams

Prizes

The challenge includes several motivating prizes:

• Most active team: 5 × €50 Stebby gift cards (based on the average number of steps per team member)
• Team with the highest total steps: 5 × gift cards to Ülemiste City campus restaurants
• Participant with the highest number of steps: MyFitness+ package for three months
• Prize draw: Synlab Health Risk blood test package

The prize draw will include all participants who complete at least 150,000 steps during the challenge.

• Employees of Ülemiste City campus
• Suitable for both active movers and those who simply want to start walking more
