BrickExpo Visitor Terms

  1. Definitions
    1. Exhibition – Display of LEGO® constructions in the exhibition hall located in Ülemiste City;
    2. Visitor – a person visiting the exhibition;
    3. Exhibition Hall – the room where the exhibition is displayed. The exhibition hall is located at Lõõtsa 2a, Tallinn, and is open Mon–Sun from 9:00 to 18:00;
    4. Exhibition Organizers – Mainor Ülemiste AS and Grandhaus OÜ.
  2. Rights and Obligations of the Exhibition Organizer
    1. The Exhibition Organizer has the right to:
      1. modify the exhibition display;
      2. make changes to the visitor terms, price list, and visiting hours without prior notice;
      3. refuse to refund the ticket fee if the ticket buyer entered an incorrect email address or selected the wrong exhibition date (including cases where they failed to visit the exhibition during the chosen date and opening hours);
      4. use video surveillance in the exhibition hall.
    2. The Exhibition Organizer undertakes to use visitors’ data only for providing the service and not to share visitor data with third parties.
  3. Rights and Obligations of the Visitor
    1. The Visitor has the right to:
      1. take photographs of the exhibition displays.
    2. The Visitor is obliged to:
      1. purchase a ticket to visit the exhibition. When visiting with multiple people, each visitor must have a ticket (except children aged 4 and under and a companion of a visitor with special needs);
      2. double-check the entered email address and selected visit date before purchasing, as the door code enabling access to the exhibition hall will be sent to the provided email and is valid only on the chosen date;
      3. not share the access code required for entry with third parties;
      4. review the visitor terms before visiting the exhibition and ensure that all accompanying visitors are also familiar with them;
      5. comply with the rule that exhibition items must not be touched, moved, or handled in any way;
      6. keep the exhibition hall clean and not disturb other visitors;
      7. promptly inform the Exhibition Organizer (+372 644 6666, info@mainorulemiste.ee) if they notice anything damaged or observe suspicious activity in the exhibition hall;
      8. adhere to the visiting hours and leave the exhibition hall no later than the end of the allotted visit time;
      9. compensate the Exhibition Organizer for any damage caused by their actions (brick value + labour cost 100 €/h + VAT). A ticket-purchasing visitor is also responsible for any minors visiting the exhibition together with them.
