Come and job shadow at an Ülemiste City company!
From February 9–12, Ülemiste City will host a Job Shadowing Week. Spend a real working day in a field that interests you and gain valuable new contacts.
Participating companies include Fujitsu, Mainor, Mainor Ülemiste, Selkirk, and others.

How to participate?
- Create an account on the Talent Portal and activate your profile – this allows you to see available opportunities and employers to see you. You can enter Talent Portal here.
- Choose the company you would like to job shadow and apply.
- The employer will select 1–2 job shadowing candidates. If you are chosen, come and experience a real working day at Ülemiste City!
- New opportunities will be added continuously until February 6, so keep an eye out and act quickly.
Bonus: On February 12, we will meet for a wrap-up event – all job shadowing participants and host mentors are welcome. We’ll get to know each other, share experiences, and expand our professional network.
The event will be documented by a photographer, videographer, or a representative managing Ülemiste City’s social media. Ülemiste City reserves the right to use the photo and video material on the campus official channels.
