The party game “Secret Hitler” is a fast-paced political thriller where liberals try to bring peace to a world threatened by fascists. Will Hitler rise to power, or will he be stopped and world peace restored?

Each player is randomly and secretly assigned a role: most players are either liberals or fascists, and only one player is Hitler!

The fascists must coordinate their actions to sow distrust and say whatever it takes to get their leader into power. Liberals are the majority: they must learn to trust each other and find and stop Hitler before it’s too late!

At the start of the game, all players close their eyes. Then, the fascists open their eyes and see their teammates. Hitler keeps their eyes closed but raises a thumb so the loyal fascists can identify them. Liberals and Hitler do not know anyone’s identity. During the game, both fascists and liberals try to pass their laws. If the opposing team succeeds, a traitor may be among you. The liberals win by passing 5 liberal laws or assassinating Hitler. The fascists win by passing 6 fascist laws or getting Hitler elected to power.
