Every spring Ülemiste City organises job shadowing days for companies on the campus by bringing together students (from Estonia and abroad) and the companies on the campus to fill in internships, summer jobs and permanent job positions. During the job shadowing day, students can get acquainted with the working environment in companies and different tools and techniques that they might require in the future.

In the previous years, students of Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, TalTech and Tallinn Health Care College have visited Ericsson, Ramirent, Ülemiste Health Centre, Tallinn Airport, Fortum, If & Insurance, Nortal, Topia, Helmes, Codeborne, Playtech Estonia, Zone Media, Tele2, HR Factory and ABB.
