The office building made of two 10 storey towers and named after Ludvig Puusepp, the founder of Estonian neurosurgery, is located on the corner of Suur-Sõjamäe and Lõõtsa street at Lõõtsa 2A/2B.
Built in 2007, the twin towers made of enormous glass surfaces are well-lighted and spacious. There is a wonderful view of Tallinn seen from the top storey of both of the towers.
