1. Definitions
1.1. Service – an audio tour presenting the history of Ülemiste City and the Dvigatel factory that previously operated on the same site
1.2. User – a person using the service
1.3. Service provider – Mainor Ülemiste AS
1.4. Location and time of service provision – the audio tour starting point is next to the water tower in Ülemiste City Park (Keevise 3, Tallinn), and the route continues through the campus area. The service is available 24/7.
2. General provisions
2.1. To use the service, a ticket must be purchased. After payment is made, the ticket will be sent to the user’s email address. The ticket may be forwarded to other persons. The ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After activation, the service can be used for 48 hours on the same device on which it was activated.
2.2. The following prerequisites must be met to use the service:
2.1.1. the user has a mobile phone with mobile internet access and headphones compatible with the device;
2.2.2. the mobile phone battery is charged or the user has access to a power bank, as using the service consumes battery;
2.2.3. the user grants the audio tour web application permission to determine the mobile phone’s location and use motion sensors for navigation;
2.2.4. it is recommended to use Chrome or Safari web browser.
2.3. Copyrights of the service materials belong to the service providers (except materials where the actual copyright holder is specified).
3. User rights and obligations
3.1. The user has the right to:
3.1.1. use the service for 48 hours from activation;
3.1.2. share an unactivated ticket with other persons.
3.2. The user undertakes to:
3.2.1. familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket and ensure all requirements for using the service are met;
3.2.2. remain attentive while moving around the campus and follow traffic rules, as the audio tour route crosses roadways in several places;
3.2.3. keep the campus clean and not disturb other people;
3.2.4. comply with the requirement that audio tour materials (audio, text, and images) may not be recorded or distributed;
3.2.5. inform the service provider by email (info@mainorulemiste.ee) if they discover any deficiencies in the service functionality or content.
4. Rights and obligations of the service provider
4.1. The service provider has the right to:
4.1.1. make changes to the service content;
4.1.2. make changes to the terms of use and pricing without prior notice;
4.1.3. refuse refunds if the user is unable to use the service due to reasons attributable to the user (e.g. incorrect email address, failure to review the terms of use, etc.);
4.1.4. temporarily suspend access to the service if necessary for updates, maintenance, or similar actions.
4.2. The service provider undertakes to:
4.2.1. use user data solely for the provision of the service and not share it with third parties;
4.2.2. make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided through the service is accurate. The service provider is not liable for any damage caused by inaccurate information.
