Ülemiste City is designed to include almost 160,000 m2 of office space for rental. While handed over, the spaces will be ready to use. These buildings will be constructed according to all contemporary building standards and supplied with modern utility and ventilation solutions. Fully landscaped parks are planned to be created or renewed around the office buildings which will feature benches designed with outdoor working in mind.

Parking in the vicinity of the buildings in future will be organised through two large parking stations no further than 100-150 metres from any one office building. The larger buildings are planned to feature catering establishments.
