The lantern lighting that runs along the roof of Lõõtsa 6 makes it one of Ülemiste City’s most prominent limestone buildings - and one which is set to receive an inspirational new appearance in partnership with our architects. This bright three to four-storey building will boast 6700 m2 of floor space and in addition to offices accommodate cafes and other businesses in the glass promenade that has been designed to run through it. The walls outside are made of limestone and the walls from offices to promenade are up to 50% made of glass.
