 This unique limestone building, named after educational innovator Johannes Käis, is located on Lõõtsa 4, on the city side of the Ülemiste development at the intersection of Suur-Sõjamäe Road and Lõõtsa Street. It is made up of two separate parts: the three-storey office section, with 250 m2 of space on each floor; and the former equipment factory, measuring 1500 m2, in which will be 4 storeys of office space whose interior windows will look out on the building’s central atrium. The smaller three-storey office section will have a view over the park at the heart of Ülemiste City and separate access. Design of the building has begun and the building will be completed in summer of 2007.
