Construction of 16 production companies of different sizes is planned for Ülemiste City. Our preference is for high-tech companies or companies cultivating other innovative production methods, whose specific needs we will meet in the construction of their production buildings. The blocks of land suitable for production buildings range in size from 2000-8000 m2. Production buildings that have already been erected can be redesigned to meet the needs of clients where necessary. All production buildings feature excellent transport access. All buildings erected within Ülemiste City will be given into the use of clients on the basis of long-term leases.
