DnB NORD Leasing moved to Ülemiste City

DnB NORD Bank belongs to one of the biggest banking groups in Nordic countries, DnB NORD Leasing is now situated in Ülemiste City.

„Ülemiste City´s innovative concept is the key element that gave it a major advantage. And also its location in city central," said Ando Uus, chef executive officer of DnB NORD Leasing. „The nearness of free parking space is important to us and to our clients."
He also sais good words about additional services in the Smart Business City. „I already ordered Ülemiste City´s client card. I also have a plan to explore all the companies here in order to co-operate. We can provide comfortable leasing service."

„It is definitely remarkable that DnB NORD Leasing moved here, since there is no similar company here," said Andre Veskimeister, chairman of the board of Ülemiste City. "We have over 100 companies here and the variability of the firms here only adds value to our city."

DnB NORD Leasing moved to Ülemiste City in the end of October and is located in Ludvig Puusep´s B-building.

DnB NORD Leasing offers financing services for the leasing of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and installations for enterprises and car leasing for private persons.
DnB NORD Bank belongs to one of the biggest banking groups in Nordic countries. It is active in Danish, Finnish, Polish, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian markets. DnB NORD Bank started in Estonia in spring 2006. The main focus was on offering different financial services for corporate clients. Today, all necessary banking services are offered to private clients also.

AS Ülemiste City is the Smart Business City that is being established near Tallinn Airport. There will be several hundred thousand square meters of office space and high-tech factories in the business park. The software development company Webmedia and Mainor Business School moved to Ülemiste City in the autumn of 2006. The ML Arvutid factory construction was completed in the autumn of 2007, in November Estonia´s biggest restaurant street Mercado in the heart of the business park welcomed its first customers. In January of 2008, the IT company Helmes and human resource management company Fontes moved to Ülemiste City and the building of the largest Baltic IT company, Microlink, was completed in spring of the same year. From autumn Santa Monica Networks, gold partner of Cisco Systems, is also located in the city.
