The ten storey office building is located next to Keevise street, which connects Airport road and Suur-Sõjamäe road, on the intersection of future Valukoja and Keevise street. The building is situated in the park, which is the heart of Ülemiste City. On the east side of the park will be located a building with many cafes and restaurants, with almost 500 seats, ready to be in summer of 2007.

Next to the office building will be situated a fitness center with a gym and other fitness facilities, which is planned to be ready in spring of 2008. At the front of the building there are parking spots for the clients. In addition to that, there is a larger parking area (later to be a 6-storey parking building) close by. The top floors of the new office building give an amazing view on Tallinn Airport's runway, Ülemiste lake and Toompea. The building is implemented with the state-of-the-art technical solutions. Each floor will be divided into suitable office space in consideration with clients' needs.
