Ludvig Puusepp's building A will be ready in 2007 and building B in 2008. The office complex is located on Lõõtsa 2.

The building will feature ten storeys and comprise two adjacent towers, each with 10,000 m2 of floor space. This modern construction will be located on Suur-Sõjamäe Road, with amazing views from its upper floors opening out over Tallinn.

Primarily constructed from concrete and large glass surfaces, the building will be especially light. The staircases and elevators in the center are surrounded with offices with large glass surfaces. The 900 m2 of office space on each floor will be divided into suitable office space according to client's needs. During the normal working hours, there will be a receptionist on the first floor, who will be helpful with different services. A security-guard is in the building after-hours.  

In addition to the state-of-the-art technical solutions being implemented in the building (security, communications, climate and ventilation systems), it will also feature a level parking area and a catering establishment nereby.
